The view from the two buildings is one of its best features. They face a scenic panorama overlooking 300 hectares of an oak and chestnut forest, which is all part of the property. The woodland occupies, almost as far as the eye can see, the view from the frontal yard/meadow or property windows on all sides. In fact, the position of the two buildings is ideal for anyone that is interested in enjoying the wonderful quietness of the Tuscan countryside. The entrance of the property is located at about 700m (about half a mile) from the house, which ensures a complete isolation from the outside view. The house is also located on a little hill which makes a perfect viewpoint for the scenery around.

The land is also crossed by an affluent of the river Merse, one of the cleanest rivers in Italy, a shallow stream that can be easily traversed on horseback. As you get in the property, you cross a little bridge part of the property to get to the house.
